Returns & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Marriage Life Time provides digital matchmaking and matrimonial services. By purchasing any membership or service from our platform, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Since our services are digital and profile-based, all purchases are generally considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Marriage Life Time management.

• Duplicate payment due to technical issue
• Incorrect transaction charged multiple times
• Payment deducted but membership not activated

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may discontinue or deactivate their account at any time. However, cancellation of membership does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any active membership benefits may continue until the expiry date of the purchased plan unless terminated by the Company.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 15 business days depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

6. Fraudulent Activity

Marriage Life Time reserves the right to reject refund requests if fraudulent activity, misuse, fake profiles or policy violations are detected.
